Preview of Next Issue

The PGA Tour moves to Irving, Texas for the EDS Byron Nelson Championship TPC at the Four Seasons Resort & Cottonwood Valley. Last year, Vijay Singh won by two shots from Nick Price. This year there is another strong field contesting this valuable tournament with the winner's check being over $1 million.

The European Tour International Schedule heads off to China for the first time to contest the BMW Asian Open in Shanghai. Padraig Harrington will be defending the title which he won in Taiwan last year. He will face stiff competition from the likes of Miguel Angel Jiménez, Paul McGinley, Jarmo Sandelin, Greg Norman, K.J. Choi and local hero Lian-wei Zhang.

The LPGA Tour event is a bit of a mouthful this week. It's the Franklin American Mortgage Championship Benefiting Vanderbilt Children's Hopsital which will be held at Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin, Tennessee.

The Champions Tour has no event scheduled.
