You could be forgiven for thinking that Stewart Cink must have won more than the three PGA Tour events that he currently has to his credit (1997   Canon Greater Hartford Open.  2000  MCI Classic.  2004  MCI Heritage). In his seven years on the PGA Tour he has consistently performed well and been in the money in the vast majority of tournaments that he has entered.
Not only have his performances earned him an average of close to $1.5million each year since joining the Tour, they have gained him the recognition of being picked to represent the United States in the 2000 Presidents Cup and 2002 Ryder Cup teams.

He is currently second only to Tiger Woods in consecutive cuts made, not having missed a cut in his last 17 starts. He is top of the 2004 PGA Tour Putting Average with 1.695 putts per hole over the last 41 rounds and so far this year the only player to average a better score on Par-5s is John Daly.

Currently 8th on the PGA Tour Money List with $1,551,053, Stewart Cink looks like having another excellent year and if he can keep up his current form he'll be an asset to the USA Ryder Cup team again this fall (15th in the standings after MCI Heritage win).
